Moretti Interiors pursues continuity in its journey: today the leadership is in the hands of Mattia Moretti, still young but with a strong experience and vision, upholding the legacy of his father Enrico with energy and dedication.

Interview with Mattia Moretti, CEO of Moretti Interiors

Moretti Interiors is a long-established company that achieved significant milestones in the custom-made furniture sector. What does it mean to lead the fourth generation of the company today?

It is an honour and a great responsibility. My father Enrico built with passion, commitment, and competence a company that today has a solid international reputation. To continue his job means preserving the values that have defined us – quality, uniqueness and reliability – carrying them into the future with renewed energy and innovative ideas.

The recent generational change came at a delicate time. What were your priorities as the new CEO?

Primarily, to ensure continuity for the company, reassuring collaborators, customers, and partners that Moretti Interiors is and will remain a solid business. We have an extraordinary team, made up of highly experienced professionals and young people whom we are carefully training, enabling us to tackle even the most complex challenges with the same quality that has distinguished us for over sixty years.

Moretti Interiors is renowned for the sartorial excellence applied to prestigious projects in Italy and abroad. What is your working philosophy?

There are no standard solutions: each project begins by listening to the customer’s wishes and is tailor-made with the precision and care that only craftsmanship combined with technology can guarantee. As we love to say, “If you can imagine it, we can do it.”

The Monte Carlo office represents a challenge in a highly competitive market. What are the results and prospects?

Monte Carlo is an extraordinary testing ground because seriousness, reliability, and absolute punctuality are what count here. Since 2018 we have carried out highly prestigious projects, such as Hotel de Paris, One Monte Carlo, and Mareterra. Today we are working on very high-profile public and private construction projects, which confirm the trust placed in us and open new opportunities, including internationally.

Looking ahead, what are your goals?

To go on growing while maintaining the identity that has made us unique: combining artisan tradition and technological innovation, taking our experience to new markets, and, above all, investing in young people. We strongly believe in training the new generations because the true value of Moretti Interiors lies in the people who brings it to life every day.

Thanks to Mattia Moretti for sharing his experience and his vision for the future of Moretti Interiors with us.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to our team and all our customers who accompany us on this journey: without you, none of this could be possible.
