12 October 2023 marks the beginning of a new culinary experience in the heart of the most prestigious and iconic hotel in the Principality of Monaco and beyond: Hotel de Paris. In the hotel’s interior patio, the opening of the ephemeral restaurant “TAERA Monte-Carlo”.
Moretti signed the production of the finishes and the installation. Project and work direction by the Monegasque architectural firm Arch Monaco directed by architect Genin Frédéric.
A project that saw our technical and craftsmanship team engaged for five months: from the study of the project, to the coordination of the various implementation phases, to the realisation of the samples for the selection of materials, to the production and installation of the custom-made furniture.
The furnishings favour fine materials. Wood, copper, lava stone and enamel give the place a tone of relaxed authenticity. In Taera one breathes the idea of an authentic and cosy Venezuela, colourful and tasty. Also paying homage to Venezuelan culture are two fascinating frescoes painted by the South American artist Viviana Grondona that dazzle with their chromatic energy. Taera is a painted canvas that takes us back to a dreamlike dimension of multi-sensory perceptions. An experience of uniqueness of which we are proud to have been a part, making an enlightened vision real.
